Remote Support

ReminderDental is happy to help you! Often the fastest way to solve problems is to make sure we are both looking at the same problems, which is where Remote Support comes in.

1st. Get on the phone

For us to help you, we need to know who we are working with, and what the problem is. Before you go further, please be on the phone with us.

2nd. Download Software

We use a variety of remote software. While it would be wonderful if we could just pick one for everything, due to differences in Windows versions, firewall configurations as well as the intended result, there is a few to choose from.

Simple:
One time Remote Support. Great for doing a Demo or answering a quick question.



Alternate Remote Support:
Requires you to share an access code (found in the top left when the application is run)



Dedicated Remote Support:
Use this on the server where you want us to commonly connect to support the software.
When prompted, please enter your office name.
